Including these details up-front usually means you get a real answer in the first reply, not a back-and-forth:
- Your account email — so we can find you in our system.
- For billing issues: the date of the charge and the last 4 digits of the card (Stripe will not allow us to see the full number).
- For content issues: the question number or topic, your selected state, and the language you saw the problem in.
- For technical issues: your browser + device, plus a screenshot if you can spare one.
